A non-refundable deposit of $700.00 or full payment is placed on any of our puppies through bank direct deposit, RightPaw Pay, credit card or debit card. Eftpos is available on-site.
The balance payment must be made within (14) calendar days before transport or on the approved pickup date. Failure to do this will result in loss of deposits and us putting the puppy up for sale.
We will require a photo ID to verify the identity of the individual who paid by credit or debit card.
Transport is at the buyer’s expense.
Purchases made by the credit card option are transported in the buyer’s name.
A puppy is placed on hold only when a client makes a deposit.
You will be required to sign a sales / adoption agreement and a desex agreement. Your desex agreement may include a desex voucher. We are happy to discuss these documents with you.
Puppies are vaccinated, microchipped, vet checked and wormed fortnightly.
A puppy starter pack and folder with puppy’s health and care information is provided with every puppy.
We do not provide a refund of the non-refundable deposit amount for a puppy. Be sure of your selection.
We will exchange your puppy for another puppy If the puppy has developed a lethal illness prior to travel that puts him/her in a bad health condition.
We provide a three-day ‘cooling off’ period, in which the puppy may be returned, terms and conditions apply. You will receive a 50% refund if terms and conditions are met. Refer to RPBA Ethics and Requirements for more details.
We provide an approximate value for the adult weight of our puppies. We use the International Toy Poodle Puppy Weight Chart and the International Toy Maltese Puppy Weight Chart. The chart provides an estimate value, and therefore, we do not and cannot guarantee that the approximate adult weight on each adult puppy is exact.
Once you make a full payment or place a deposit for a puppy, you unequivocally agree to these terms and terms required by the RPBA. We recommend that you review our puppies by browsing their pictures, talking to us directly, and having a Zoom or face-to-face meeting before making your choice. We recommend that you review RPBA Sales Requirements and Policy before making your choice.
